Why 27 percent OBC Quota? Asks Supreme Court- The Times of India

And once again, the institution that has stood above and beyond the petty political gains, has demonstrated that there is still hope in Indian democracy.

As always Supreme Court of India, truly upholds the constitutional right of an average, non categorized, minor majority, suppressed, hard working, middle class Indian.

The original basis of such reservations were to encourage the under previledged communities to get equal chance to excel on the social/economic ladder. It's 59 years post independence. That's two generations and still if this communities don't wish to change, or want to change, I feel the rest of nation should not suffer for it.

Whatever happened to their pride in being human first? Or do they really want to be treated as invalid citizens who need to be almed?

Honestly I will be last person to have preferences for being from a community or caste. That's an insult to fundamental existence of a human being.
