'Indians are unruly fliers'- The Times of India

'Indians are unruly fliers'- The Times of India

I totally agree with the views persented in this article. In fact the article has been mildly put together.

Let's face it my fellow Indians, are we truly a peaceful community? We indeed love to make noise in all aspects of our life. Our festivals are so full of loudspeakers and extravagance. All the pomp and glory is not at all attractive. In fact and indeed it is vulgar.

Forget internation flights, I experience the arrogant behaviour of 'educated' people within India. This comes from the deep rooted poverty and the inferiority complex that we as nation suffer. Having a mobile phone and travelling with it on an airline and showing it off to the rest the world is our way of feeding our own ego. In my view such people are indeed 'poor'.

I am not being educated middle class snob who sits in an airconditioned office and blames the rest of the country as dirty. I am the one who salutes the common man in India. The spirit of Indians to stay together even through times of crisis and I am proud to be one.

I have flown on several international sectors and trust me, if I were the cabin crew, I would definately report unruly behaviour of Indian passengers. If you don't believe in the news articles, do go to Bangkok on your next holidays. You will enjoy Thailand and the shopping in Bangkok but you will hate the flight to and from Bangkok. The flight crew will be great but not your fellow passengers. They will make the flight look worst then our Indian railways 2nd class journey.

This the present case of North West airlines, I don't see any racial profiling solely. If this 12 passengers had observed the instructions, I don't think they would have gone through such problem. Think about it. It's not all about racism. Don't cry foul here. I will be amongst the first to fight against racial behaviour but on merits and not just because they are Indians.

Let us first behave and then we can show the world what we mean. Stop insulting your own self and and rest of us collectively. Indians have such a bad reputation that even the 'bars' in Bangkok are reluctant to allow Indian patronage. Think about it.

Muslims aim to weed out black sheep- The Times of India

Muslims aim to weed out black sheep- The Times of India

A perfect example of true Muslim spirit. Islam as I had known was never violent nor hateful.

Fools are those who put religion above everything. After all what is the religion that spreads hatred and asks to kill in name of GOD.

Hats off to Maualanas and Mailvi's of Mumbai who have taken such an initiative. Wish some ploticians and some bigger figures of religion also wake and support such brillaint idea. After all, together we live and together we shall die.
