This is what I call as a milestone achievement. India, now I declare, is truly poised.
Not the call centers or low cost software houses, makes us poised India. Its the true high tech in field of electronics, engineering and other such scientific fields that we need to shine and achieve higher levels and compete as suppliers against big names like US and Europe.
Finally India is now truly poised.
